Romney House Cat Rescue has operated as a rescue centre since 1998, working with a number of animal welfare groups such as Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, Cats Protection League and the RSPCA.

We will take into our care any cat, in any condition giving him or her the health care and love that he or she deserves. We DO NOT believe in euthanasia of any cat unless there is a serious medical condition where nothing can help the cat. Otherwise we try our hardest to nurse them back to health, and over come their fears.

We also have many ferals that live on site here, we are their second chance if we were not here for them they would not survive or worse would be euthanised for no particular reason other than being feral. Many of the ferals or strays that come to us we work ever so hard to bring them round this may take months or years, but if its giving them a chance of a loving home then it's all worth it.
